Section 01

Preparation & Fulfilment Time

Our standard estimated fulfilment time is 3–4 days from order confirmation.

For orders paid through BenefitPay, preparation begins only after the payment has been successfully verified by Love Nest Creations.

For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, preparation may begin once the order has been confirmed.

We currently do not offer same-day delivery unless specifically stated on the product or confirmed by us in writing.

Section 02

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Bahrain only.

Standard delivery is complimentary across Bahrain unless a different delivery arrangement or charge is clearly communicated before the order is confirmed.

International delivery is not currently available.

Section 03

Delivery Date & Timing

Any delivery date provided during ordering or communicated by Love Nest Creations is an estimated delivery date.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed timeframe, but exact delivery times may vary due to:

• traffic or road conditions
• courier availability
• incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• difficulty reaching the recipient
• circumstances outside our reasonable control

Section 04

Recipient Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate:

• recipient name
• recipient phone number
• delivery address
• area/city
• apartment, villa, building or unit information where applicable
• any useful landmark or delivery instructions

Love Nest Creations is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Section 05

Surprise Gifts

We understand that many Love Nest Creations orders are intended as surprises.

Where necessary for successful delivery, we or our delivery partner may contact the recipient to confirm availability or location.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid revealing unnecessary details about the gift before delivery.

Section 06

Recipient Unavailable or Unreachable

The recipient should be available at the agreed delivery location during the expected delivery period.

If the recipient:

• does not answer the phone
• cannot be reached
• is unavailable at the delivery address
• refuses to accept the delivery

the order may be returned or held until another delivery arrangement can be made.

A second delivery attempt may be subject to an additional delivery charge where the failed delivery resulted from recipient or customer unavailability, incorrect information, or a requested change of location.

Any additional charge will be communicated before redelivery.

Section 07

Changes to Delivery Details

If you need to change the recipient, address, telephone number or requested delivery date, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate reasonable changes, but changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation or delivery has begun.

Significant changes may also affect the delivery date.

Section 08

Made-to-Order Products

Many Love Nest Creations products are individually handcrafted after an order is confirmed.

Because preparation may involve custom colours, arrangements, personal notes, money denominations or other personalised details, fulfilment begins based on the specifications provided at checkout.

Customers should carefully review all order details before placing their order.

Section 09

Money Bouquets

Money Bouquets require advance payment through BenefitPay.

Preparation begins only after payment has been verified.

The value and quantity of banknotes included in the bouquet will follow the configuration confirmed in the order.

Customers should carefully review the selected denomination, number of notes and total order value before completing payment.

Section 10

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer and provide an updated delivery estimate.

A minor delivery delay does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund once a made-to-order product has entered preparation.

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Section 11

Receiving the Order

Customers or recipients are encouraged to check the delivered package upon receipt.

If there is a significant issue with the delivered order, please contact Love Nest Creations as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

• the order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photographs where applicable

This helps us investigate and resolve legitimate fulfilment issues efficiently.
