About Love Nest Creation
These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made from Love Nest Creation (“Love Nest”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an online gifting business operating in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
By using our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Section 02
Our Products
Love Nest Creation provides handcrafted and made-to-order gifting products, including bouquets, ribbon-flower arrangements, romantic gifts, personalised gifts, money bouquets and other gifting products.
Because many products are handmade, minor differences may occur between the product displayed online and the finished item.
These differences may include slight variations in arrangement, positioning, wrapping, ribbon shape, handmade flower shape or other handcrafted details.
Such minor variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects where the product remains materially consistent with its description and specification.
Section 03
Product Images and Colours
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography and the handmade materials used.
Where a specific colour, variation or configuration is selected when ordering, we will prepare the product according to that selection as closely as reasonably possible.
If a significant substitution becomes necessary, we will attempt to contact you before proceeding.
Section 04
Made-to-Order Products
Many Love Nest products are created specifically after an order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated, customers should allow approximately 3 days for preparation.
The preparation period is separate from any delivery time.
During busy occasions, holidays, promotional periods or periods of unusually high demand, preparation may require additional time. If a material delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
An estimated preparation or delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery deadline unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
Section 05
Product Personalisation
You are responsible for checking all information submitted for personalised products, including:
- names
- messages
- spellings
- colours
- note denominations
- note quantities
delivery information; and
- any other custom selections.
Once preparation has started, we may not be able to change personalised information.
If we make an error that differs from the information correctly submitted with your order, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Section 06
Personal Messages
Customers may be able to provide an optional personal message with an order.
You are responsible for the content of any message submitted.
We reserve the right to reject content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate.
Section 07
Money Bouquets
Certain Love Nest products may incorporate Bahraini dinar banknotes selected by the customer.
Where offered, the customer may select options such as:
- banknote denomination
- number of banknotes
bouquet colour; and
- other available customisations.
The final price displayed at checkout includes the selected money component together with applicable product, material, preparation and presentation charges.
The amount charged at checkout is the total purchase price for the configured product.
Money bouquets are prepared specifically according to the customer's selections and therefore become highly personalised once preparation begins.
Where a return of a money bouquet is accepted, the complete product — including all banknotes supplied as part of the order — must be returned unless we agree otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where the product is defective, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to what was agreed.
Section 08
Prices
Prices are displayed in Bahraini dinars (BHD) unless stated otherwise.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and confirmed during checkout.
Any applicable delivery charge, tax or other charge will be displayed where applicable before the order is completed.
We may change prices for future orders at any time.
A price change will not alter the confirmed price of an order that we have already accepted, except where correction is required by law or where there has been an obvious technical pricing error that could not reasonably have been understood as the intended price.
Section 09
Payment
Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payment availability may vary.
An order is not considered confirmed merely because payment information has been submitted. Confirmation remains subject to successful payment and our acceptance of the order.
If payment fails, is reversed, is identified as potentially fraudulent or cannot be verified, we may suspend or cancel the order.
Section 10
Order Acceptance
After you submit an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement.
An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- payment fails
- information appears fraudulent
- an obvious pricing or technical error occurred
- the requested product cannot reasonably be fulfilled
necessary materials or selected options are unavailable; or
- fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment and no product has been supplied, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Section 11
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Because Love Nest products are often made to order, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will remain possible once preparation or customisation has begun.
Where preparation has not yet begun, we will normally allow cancellation and refund the amount paid.
Once preparation of a personalised or made-to-order product has started, a change-of-mind cancellation may not be possible.
This does not affect any right you may have under applicable Bahrain consumer-protection law in relation to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming products.
Section 12
Delivery Area
Love Nest Creation currently provides delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain, subject to service availability.
Available delivery areas and charges may change as our delivery network develops.
Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated before the order is completed where relevant.
Section 13
Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:
- recipient name
- telephone number
- delivery address
building, road, block or apartment details where applicable; and
- any relevant delivery instructions.
Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
Section 14
Recipient Availability and Failed Delivery
Where delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, cannot be contacted, access to the location is unavailable or incorrect delivery information was provided, we will make reasonable efforts to determine an appropriate next step.
A new delivery attempt may be subject to an additional delivery charge where an additional cost is incurred and where permitted by applicable law.
Section 15
Delivery Timing
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the timeframe communicated to you.
Delivery times may nevertheless be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, severe weather, road restrictions, delivery-provider disruption, recipient availability or other exceptional events.
Where an important delivery date is involved, customers should place orders sufficiently in advance.
Section 16
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want products supplied by Love Nest Creation to conform to what was ordered.
If a product arrives damaged, has a defect, is incorrectly supplied or materially does not conform to the agreed specification, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and supporting information or photographs where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under applicable law, an appropriate solution may include:
- correcting the problem
- replacement
exchange; or
- refund.
Bahrain consumer-protection rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected by these Terms.
For made-to-order or personalised products that are correctly supplied and free from defects, change-of-mind returns may not be possible after production has begun because the product has been prepared specifically for the customer.
This is not a blanket “no returns or refunds” policy. Statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming products remain fully applicable.
Section 17
Reporting Problems
Please inspect an order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
For defects or non-conformity, please contact us promptly and, where applicable, within the periods provided by Bahrain consumer-protection law.
When contacting us, provide:
- your order number
description of the problem; and
- clear photographs where relevant.
Bahrain's official consumer guidance specifically recognises replacement or refund rights for defective or non-conforming products, including complaints where a retailer refuses such remedies within the applicable statutory framework.
Section 18
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
We are not responsible for processing delays caused solely by the customer's financial institution after we have successfully initiated the refund.
Section 19
Customer Accounts
You may be able to create a Love Nest account using email registration or an available third-party authentication service such as Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend an account where necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, investigate misuse or comply with legal obligations.
Section 20
Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In is provided as an optional convenience.
Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
Love Nest does not receive your Google password.
Information received through Google authentication is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Section 21
Gift Recipient Information
When purchasing a gift for another person, you may provide personal information relating to the recipient.
You confirm that you are authorised to provide such information for the legitimate purpose of arranging the gift and its delivery.
Recipient information must not be used through our services for harassment, unlawful contact or any other improper purpose.
Section 22
Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time we may offer promotions or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash
- eligibility requirements may apply
promotional codes must be entered before the order is completed; and
- offers may have an expiry date or other conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel a promotion where there has been fraud, abuse or an obvious technical error.
Any promotion will remain subject to applicable Bahrain law.
Section 23
Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may temporarily suspend or modify website functionality for maintenance, upgrades, security or technical reasons.
We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disruption to confirmed orders.
Section 24
Intellectual Property
The Love Nest Creation name, branding, logos, website design, photographs, graphics, written content and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to Love Nest Creation unless otherwise indicated.
They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
Section 25
Acceptable Website Use
You must not use our website to:
- commit fraud
- interfere with website security
- attempt unauthorised access
- introduce malicious software
- impersonate another person
submit unlawful content; or
- misuse our checkout or payment systems.
We may restrict access where necessary to protect the website, customers or business.
Section 26
Liability
Love Nest Creation does not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed or losses resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights under Bahrain law.
Section 27
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy before creating an account or placing an order.
Section 28
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through Love Nest Creation are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Bahrain law and the jurisdiction of the competent Bahrain authorities and courts.
Nothing in this section restricts any mandatory consumer complaint or dispute-resolution right available under Bahrain law.
Section 29
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our products, website, operating procedures or legal obligations.
The version published on the website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order, except where a legal change requires otherwise.
The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
